Revlon Brow Fantasy Pencil & Gel Review

Welcome! This is my very first blog post and I hope you enjoy it! Now lets get started.....

So I've had a love-hate relationship with my brows. I have plucked them a little to thin and my hairs grow down along with them being light waaaahhh!!!

Oh my! I need to pluck hehe

As you can see they can be a little difficult to maintain and looking good but I do my best. I have been using e.l.f Studio Eyebrow Kit for a while now and it's an awesome product especially since it only costs $3!!! Yup you read it right $3! It comes with a colored wax and a powder to set. Although I have no issues with e.l.f's product I just like to try new products and am always on the hunt!

That brings us to the reason to this post Revlon Brow Fantasy Pencil & Gel

I bought mine from Target for about $6 and some change in Dark Brown to go with my olive skin tone and black hair :)

Let's Break it down:

  • The pencil is nice and firm and is easy to apply as it goes on smoothly without ripping your skin off and I like the fact that it's not too creamy or waxy since that consistency doesn't last very long on my skin. I've also used the pencil alone without the gel and I've been satisfied but as I showed you my hairs grow down so I need the gel baaad!

Pencil

  • The gel is pretty good and is not sticky or tacky at all which is really nice for my unruly eyebrow hair it holds nicely! It does have kinda of a weird smell but not anything that you smell all day or horribly unpleasant. The spool doesn't pick up the gel that well but I just apply a couple of coats and it works just fine.
